Luxihe

泸溪河

Luxihe (泸溪河) is a Nanjing-born Chinese pastry shop, founded in 2013 by a baker from Jiangxi's "peach-cookie country" and named after the river of his hometown. The signature is taosu — a crumbly, buttery traditional cookie — baked fresh in-store every few hours, alongside pork-floss shells, cream puffs, mochi and mung-bean cakes. It has grown from a street-side shop into one of China's biggest Chinese-bakery chains, with hundreds of stores across 50-plus cities, most of them in shopping malls. Everything is sold by the box at everyday prices, mostly 7–26 RMB.
